Customer Portal Terms & Notice
Terms for service requests, estimates, invoices, and secure customer pages.
These terms apply when a customer uses an Opright-powered request page, estimate, invoice, or customer portal. “Service Business” means the business named on that page.
1. The Service Business—not Opright—provides the work
The Service Business sets prices, describes the work, schedules visits, issues estimates and invoices, performs services, and handles service quality, cancellations, warranties, taxes, and refunds. Opright provides the software interface and is not a party to the field-service contract unless a page expressly says otherwise.
2. Accurate information and secure links
Provide accurate contact, address, project, and approval information. Do not forward a secure portal, estimate, or invoice link to someone who should not see it. Contact the Service Business if a link may have been exposed.
3. Estimates and approvals
An estimate is not a final invoice unless it says so. The selected package, optional upgrades, expiration date, deposit, tax, and Service Business terms shown on the estimate apply. Entering your name, drawing your signature, confirming electronic consent, and selecting “Approve estimate” creates an electronic record tied to that estimate revision and selected scope. Contact the Service Business before approval if any detail is incorrect.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe for the Service Business. The Service Business is the merchant responsible for the charge and refund decision. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply. Opright may show payment status supplied by Stripe but does not hold customer funds.
5. Privacy
The Service Business controls service records it collects through Opright. Opright processes those records to provide the page and also handles limited security and legal-consent data under the Opright Privacy Policy. Direct record requests to the Service Business first; Opright can assist at support@mail.oprightapp.com.
6. Availability and misuse
Customer pages are provided as available and may expire or be revoked. Do not probe, automate, interfere with, or use a page to access someone else’s records. Opright may block abusive traffic or disable an exposed link.
7. Disputes
Contact the Service Business about the work, price, cancellation, or refund. Contact Opright about page access, suspected platform security, or an incorrect Opright legal record. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived.
