Accessibility Statement

Opright’s accessibility goals, current approach, and feedback channel.

Last updated Content version 2026-08-30.22b4932fEffective September 1, 2026

Opright is committed to making its website, workspace, and customer pages usable by people with disabilities. Opright’s goal is to align new and updated interfaces with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical. This is a goal, not a claim that every screen has already been independently certified.

Current approach

  • Semantic headings, labels, buttons, status messages, and form instructions.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus treatment.
  • Responsive layouts, scalable text, color contrast, and reduced reliance on color alone.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and accessible names for icon-only controls.
  • Testing at mobile and desktop sizes and with automated accessibility checks.

Known limitations

Complex scheduling, mapping, generated PDF, embedded Stripe, and third-party components may have limitations or depend on provider accessibility. Opright continues to improve these areas and can help provide an alternative way to access information when feasible.

Feedback and accommodation

Email support@mail.oprightapp.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology if comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help. Opright will respond as promptly as practical.
