Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent

Consent to electronic agreements, notices, records, and estimate approvals.

Last updated Content version 2026-09-01.f4b582afEffective September 1, 2026

By accepting this consent, you agree to receive Opright agreements, disclosures, invoices, estimates, receipts, subscription notices, security alerts, and legal notices electronically.

Electronic delivery

Records may be delivered in the app, on a customer page, by email, through Stripe, or as a downloadable web page or PDF. Keep your email address current and check in-app notices. You may save or print documents using your browser or device.

Electronic signatures and approvals

Checking an acceptance box, selecting an approval action, typing a name, drawing a signature, or clicking a clearly labeled confirmation can serve as an electronic signature or record of consent. For estimate approval, Opright may record the drawn strokes, signer name, selected package and upgrades, accepted estimate revision and scope snapshot, action time, relevant document version, and transaction context. Do not approve for another person or business unless authorized.

Hardware and software

You need a current web browser, internet access, an email account, and a device capable of displaying and saving web pages or PDFs. Contact Opright if a record cannot be accessed.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent for future electronic legal notices by emailing support@mail.oprightapp.com. Because Opright is an online service, withdrawal may require closing the account after outstanding transactions and legally required notices are handled. Withdrawal does not invalidate records already provided or signed.

Paper copies

You may request a paper copy by email. Reasonable postage or reproduction costs will be disclosed before any charge. Electronic copies remain available without an Opright document fee.
