How to report copyrighted material and how Opright handles repeat infringement.
Opright respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to upload only material they own or are authorized to use.
Copyright notice
Send a written notice to support@mail.oprightapp.com with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notice
If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice identifying the material and its former location, consenting to the jurisdiction required by applicable U.S. copyright law, agreeing to accept service from the original claimant, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
Response and repeat infringement
Opright may remove or disable access to material, notify the affected user, forward notices as legally appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers in suitable circumstances. Fraudulent notices may create liability. This contact process does not represent that Opright has completed any optional government-agent registration; Opright will update this page if a formal designated agent is registered.
